This is my second roof replacement with the company after 20 years and they were outstanding! In between this time, I have referred them to family, friends and neighbors. All have spoke highly about the owner and his workers. From start to finish, they were professional, honest, and produced a quality job to include clean up of my roof, driveway, deck and well as the neighbors on each side of me. The owner is polite, timely, friendly and a fair man. I highly recommend HF Roofing! I worked in the contracting field for more than 30 years and it is difficult to find an honest and great company. After a windy night, part of my roof edge looked slightly lifted and I got worried about hidden damage. They came out quickly, secured the area first, then inspected the full roof instead of only the visible spot. I appreciated that extra caution. They found a few loose nails around the ridge and fixed them on the same visit. Heriberto was very responsive and honest. He was available to answer every question I raised for him, including responding to my text messages outside of regular work hours. He provided me with details on what needed to be done. The price he charged for a new roof, plywood replacement, and new vents up in the roof was very reasonable. His crew showed up on time, finished the work within one day, and cleaned up all the debris in the front and back of the house. Overall I had great experience with him. Loved these guys. Heriberto Flores and his crew were professional, respectful, and did a beautiful job replacing my roof. Their pricing was very reasonable, and they never tried to oversell or overcharge. The team worked very fast and efficiently, and they did an excellent job cleaning up everything afterward. Heriberto also took the time to make sure we fully understood the tile options by showing us samples, which we really appreciated. The contractor came on time  to help check a possible roof leak. He inspected carefully in our attic and on the roof, identified the weak place and made a solid fix. He’s very polite and communicated clearly about the problem and how he made the fix. He even went beyond to improve other small places. A very trustable manner of work. It is never fun when your ceiling starts leaking. Panic sets in and a climb into the attic gives you no relief. At 10pm you start making a list of highly rated and licensed /insured roofers in the area. Up at dawn the next day to start calling as soon as office phones get turned on. First call on the list could make me an appointment for 5 -6 days out. With more rain in the forcast, this made me very uneasy. Contacted second company and the owner answered, from another job but could see me within the next 2 hours. YES! Herbert diagnosed the problem (wind damage) , tarped the leak, and suggested I contact my insurance company as first steps. Once all that paperwork was done and approved, I shopped the shingle samples Orlando provided and the job was scheduled. Workers arrived On Time and got right to work. Both Herbert and Orlando inspected the work as it was being done and did final inspections and corrections as needed. Details matter to this company and they are very responsive to questions and concerns. As I write this, a neighbor is having her home and garage done, based on how the job went with me.
